On Sunday 3/26/17 I will be speaking at Herzog Hospital in Jerusalem.  The hospital chaplain, Rabbi Yonatan Glass, has invited me to come and speak with his students (a group of Rabbis training to work as hospital chaplains in Israel).  The discussion will be case-based with a focus on:

1. How Rabbis can advocate for their congregants to receive appropriate religious accommodations
2. How Rabbis can make appropriate referrals for mental health services
3. How Rabbis can help mental health professionals to discern between mental illness and religious observance
