It is my pleasure to be in the midst of a two-part lecture series with a great organization here in Eretz Yisrael called Whispers to Sisters.

Led by Rebetzin Chaya Hinda Allen, Whispers to Sisters is a support network aimed at helping married religious women through their challenging interpersonal relationships.

The first lecture served as an introduction to mental health and is available by clicking here.  The second lecture is due tonight–Thursday evening March 19th–and will serve as an “Ask The Doc” session where we will aim to dispel many of the myths regarding psychiatric treatment.
